The rubber studs extend up the heel: they grip the pedal, and the heel rests on the floor of the car without wearing out the leather.

The toe box is stitched on the outside, so the top part gives where the toes bend.

It features a thin sole to feel the pedal, rubber studs running up the heel to prevent the leather from wearing against the car floor, and metal hardware that elevates it beyond the basics.
